the Role
We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to support our growing sales division that focuses their time on projects for major international airports, global sports stadia, busy maritime container terminals, and military and commercial horticulturalists.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Act as liaison between the outside sales force and other functional areas of the company to ensure projects are well-managed throughout the entire pre-sales process, from lighting specification to sales order entry.
  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate quotations;
  • Follow up on project quotations, document results, and keep the sales team informed of project status;
  • Receive, review and process orders in the Midstream ERP system.
  • Coordinate activities related to order changes (changes to address, product, price, quantity, etc.)
  • Maintain good relations with prospective and current customers of the company;
  • Demonstrate strong technical and product knowledge as well as a commitment to continuously improving customer and sales support skills.
  • Ensure outstanding support in accordance with Midstream policies and procedures;
